Our staff are highly experienced and qualified; they deliver the utmost professionalism to serve children, parents and carers. Each member of staff dedicates their time to support children with emotional, social, physical and cognitive development.

Our staff take great pride in planning imaginative activities for children in their direct care, in accordance with the framework guidance. These plans take into consideration the individual needs, interests and stage of each child’s development fully acknowledging that each child will develop at their own pace.

The preschool staff have access to a range of additional training courses to further support their development.
